Except for rare exceptions outside Rossi Pets Bakery, all orders will have a delivery time of up to 5 business days for mainland Portugal and 7 business days for the islands.
 
If we have any order-related issues (delivery address, payment confirmation, out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. We’ll wait for a response within three business days. Your order will not be shipped until we receive a reply to our message. If we get no response within this time, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
 
DELIVERY
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
 
By clicking on an order row in the left-hand column titled “Order History”, you will be provided with all information about it in the right-hand column labeled “Order Details”.
 
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when placing them. Birthday cakes are delivered between Tuesday and Friday to ensure they arrive fresh.
 
The customer can receive the order wherever he wants, from Monday to Friday. To do so, simply provide us with the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm. A delivery attempt will be made by the carrier.
 
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the route set by the carrier to the driver on that day.
 
Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may lead to your return to Rossi Pets Bakery, leading to additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that you always make sure that the shipping address indicated when ordering is actually correct. and complete. Once your order has been processed, you cannot change the shipping address or billing data you entered.
 
Shipping company
In case of absence, the carrier will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery. The contact will be made to the telephone number left by him. After two attempts of contact, if it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be returned to us.
